My breakfast bread this morning came out pretty tasty! Grain free, dairy free and no added sugar. I experimented with green banana flour, mixing it with almond meal. I added eggs (thanks @heather.novickis), bananas, baking powder, lots of chopped nuts and seeds, and a bunch of dried fruit and a bit of cinnamon. Might have to have some with lunch with some Nikki’s coconut butter on it.
